Full Service Leasing
Our leasing agent with prepare a professional lease and explain the lease with the approved tenant at lease signing. We do require a last months rent and a fully refundable key deposit at the time of lease signing. Keys will not be released without theses steps done.
Timely Rent Collection
Our rent collection process is done systematically on the first of every month. Tenants are offered a variety of ways to pay rent including preauthorized payments, transfer, debit, direct pay.
Eviction Processes
Even with our careful selection plan in place there is occasionally a tenant that will need to be evicted. Our agents are knowledgeable in our Ontario Landlord Tenant regulations. If a tenant does not pay rent on time or breaches the terms of the lease, we initiate the proper legal steps necessary, in the fastest possible time frame, to minimize your costs and get the property leased again.
